« Family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) stayed for long weekend. Friendly and fairly quick communication with Fabian was appreciated. House is approx 1 to 1.5 miles to Long Island Sound and beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The place was clean with exception of downstairs which had some of the owner's personal belongings strewn about.
