This property is a 2 minute walk to the Lake, for some reason VRBO is saying 18 minutes and can’t fix the problem. Nestled in the Green Mountains in the Lake Region of Vermont, our charming 3 bedroom, cottage is the perfect haven for your next family/friend retreat. Boasting all the amenities you may need, it offers a delightful escape into the tranquility of lakeside living. Conveniently located for fun and recreation, you'll enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking or lounging. There are hiking trails and many local attractions such as the Hubbardton Battlefield and the Taconic Mountains Ramble State Park. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room. There is a mini split for heat or air to keep you comfortable no matter the season and you can stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet featuring 500 mbs of download and upload speed. Enjoy the outdoor grill for a barbecue while everyone lounges on the back deck or front screened in porch. After a full day of adventure, gather around the fire pit for s'mores under the stars and clear beautiful skies.
