One of two cabins sharing 100 ft of sandy beach. The cabin is a short walk from the beach with beach access including Adirondack chairs and a firepit. Quiet getaway. Minutes from championship golf, bike trails, casual and fine dining, the "Shops of Nisswa," and the famous Chocolate Ox, the area's best ice cream and candy store. Lots of other amenities. Perfect for families, children welcome. Pets welcome for additional fee. Boat lift available for an extra fee of $75 per stay. We have two boatlifts. One holds 3,000 lbs. and the one holds 5,000 lbs. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pontoons. Preference given to a minimum stay of 7 days in the summer. Enjoy your getaway! We enjoyed our time on the beach and boating on Gull Lake. The accommodations were superb. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Two bedrooms up and two bedrooms down. Short walk to the beach was private. The kids were so excited to catch their first fish from the dock. (I would suggest bringing water shoes.) We enjoyed a fire the last night we there to make Smores. Cindy was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to my questions. The bonus is having Grandview within walking distance. We were able to use restaurants and game room. Close location to Nisswa for shopping and a great lunch at Axe Brewing. The house was lovely, everything we needed plus lots of extras amenities. Plenty of space for 4 couples. Comfortable beds. Nice short walk to the lake, it was nice to have a dock to tie up the boat to, beautiful flat shared beach. Would definitely stay again. ##### H & H K. It does not sit on the lake. There is a home that obstructs the view in front of it but it is a short distance to walk to the beach. Location is very convenient the negatives were the bathtubs a little high for the elderly to get in the shower. The downstairs bathroom with the shower, toilet seat is extremely loose and is it safety hazard and should be replaced ASAP. And the only other thing is I’d check with the housekeeping crew about cleaning the oven. It was disgusting definitely hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Also, the The doors on the deck one the screen is off the track, the other one the handle has starting to pull out and needs to be repaired. Even with the small items that need some attention, the stay was good. Thank you. ##### susan t. Séjour de 4 nuits en septembre 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Kelleigh W. 25 sept. 2023 Points faibles : Propreté #### Just Okay The location of this cabin was perfect for our group of 8 to attend a wedding in Brainerd. We loved that the bedrooms had a variety of set-ups so that single people and couples could all have beds as necessary. The lake was beautiful and a grocery store/ gas was easily accessible. The bathrooms were old, but not dirty. Our biggest problem was the kitchen. We had to pre-wash every dish before we used it, because it seemed like most had been put away dirty. We pre-heated the oven and the entire kitchen filled with smoke, from an oven that seemed to have not been cleaned in a while. We couldn't use it as the smell was terrible. If you're not planning to cook in the kitchen and just enjoy the scenery, this is a great place to stay! But one of the big benefits for us of renting a house is the ability to cook for ourselves.
