This unit located just walking distance away from the beautiful lakeshore of Gull Lake, which easily brings the beauty of the sand and sun to you. Bay Colony 771 is one of four units that is closest to the highway, which just means its closest to the parking area- just quicker access for you to get in and out of the car. Bay Colony has plenty of amenities that are just exclusive to the area. Grill up a delicious dinner on the community propane grills or tell old family stories around a lit outdoor firepit while watching the sunset. Play a not-so-friendly game of Cards Against Humanity, while the kids are hanging out with friends on the playground. Bay Colony is a picture-perfect vacation spot; one where old family memories are shared and new ones are created.

THE BASICS:
No smoking, house parties, no pets, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
*Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.

SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:
All Gull Lake Beach Resort properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.

GUEST COMMUNICATION:
After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement.

DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:
Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

from $50 .......... Un-Authorized Early Check-In/Late Check-Out (guest must check-out of unit at 10 A.M. unless approved by management prior to check-in)

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
Our Starter Kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
