Quaint cottage 5- blocks to the beach.

Great cottage 5 blocks to the beautiful NJ shore beaches. 5 minute walk to the great restaurants of Bradley Beach, and NYC train. Short bike ride to the Asbury Boardwalk and fantastic music and restaurants!! Anyone above the age of 12 would be charged an additional $100 per person per night after 4 persons.

This cozy cottage was a perfect location for us to explore the Jersey shore. The unit was very clean, and both beds were comfortable. (We did not use the pull -out couch) Communication was excellent and the owners were very friendly and accessible. The neighborhood was very safe, and it was quiet and peaceful.

We loved our stay at the Quaint Cottage in Bradley Beach! The location is unbeatable—just five easy blocks to the beach and surrounded by beautiful homes, coffee shops, and restaurants. The cottage was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a lovely "welcome basket" with some K-cups, bottled water and snacks!. The owners, Kevin and Dawn, who live in the main house, were warm and welcoming without ever being intrusive—we felt like we were leaving friends behind when we checked out. Already planning to come back next year!

Our family had a wonderful stay here at Dawn and Kevin’s Sea Grass Cottage. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants, bakery, gift shops and a few blocks from the beach. The property was kept clean and the large porch and patio with seating was an added bonus.We will be back!!!

Peaceful stay in Bradley Beach. Dawn and Kevin were extremely welcoming and accessible. We were able to enjoy meals outside, use the grill, walk to Main Street, and walk to the beach. During the week, there was lots of street parking that we were able to drive down to the beach and park.House was as pictured in the Vrbo listing.

Owners were friendly and hospitable. Loved sitting on the comfortable porch. The neighborhood was quiet. The cottage was clean and anything you needed was found in the kitchen. I was aiming for a very relaxing vacation and it was achieved.

Just wrapped up 2 week stay. The cottage was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Dawn and Kevin were great hosts and, honestly, made me feel like I was a close friend or relative staying at their place. They provide everything you could want or need so stop at the cottage first before doing your first shopping. Great location and fun little town. I didn’t need a car the entire time. Hope to be back!

Wonderful Cottage!

Dawn and Kevin were great! They left snacks, beach passes, a beach cart, etc. The cottage is adorable. Restaurants on Main St (within walking distance) were delicious, there are playgrounds everywhere, and the beach is clean and beautiful! We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay in. Beautiful Bradley Beach!

We couldn’t have asked for more on our vacation to see our family and friends, and visit the beautiful Jersey shore.Our hosts, Kevin and Dawn, made it so enjoyable, very accommodating and just a lot of fun. We loved how walkable Bradley Beach is. We were near great restaurants and walked to the beach and along the boardwalk. Heaven!

Quaint little cottage

This is a lovely little gem. Although it's a tiny space, it really suited my needs perfectly. The hosts, Kevin and Dawn, were gracious and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Just a few short blocks from the beach and you're able to enjoy all the Jersey shore offers. The cottage is packed with amenities and considerate touches that made me feel at home. Charming cottage with relaxing outdoor space

Charming cottage, well stocked and maintained with most congenial hosts, Dawn and Kevin. Comfortable, well appointed porch, dining and BBQ areas provide additional enjoyable outdoor relaxing space. Relaxing in Bradley Beach

After a warm welcome by Kevin and Dawn, the landlords, the sun started shining. The cottage is amazing. It is very clean and offers all you need for a beach vacation. The beds are made with fresh blankets, towels for beach and bathroom are ready to use. They even offer you 2 beach passes, worth $20 a day. The area is very quiet and on walking distance to a very clean beach. Kevin and Dawn are awesome landlords and make sure you don’t miss anything. This makes your vacation even more relaxing. Bradley Beach

Great place to stay! Just a few blocks to the beach. Kevin and Dawn were great hosts. The place was clean, cutely decorated and just the right size for my wife and I. Will definitely stay there again.

Quiet spot, close to beach

Great small cottage for a short beach getaway. 5 blocks from the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk or a very short drive. There are nice restaurants and shops right around the corner, and there's also Ocean Grove and Asbury Park right next door. We were very happy with the location and neighborhood - parking is also very easy! The beds were not the most comfortable, but that didn't put too much of a damper on our week. Overall satisfied with our stay.

Perfect in every way!

Fabulous Spot in Bradley Beach

The cottage is incredibly well maintained, immaculately clean and adorably decorated. My family and I were very comfortable and the ammenities provided by the very kind hosts made our stay easy and completely enjoyable. This is a 10/10 rental absolutely recommend. We cannot wait to book another stay for next summer!

Great place to stay

Cottage is on the smaller size but it was comfortable for all 4 of us. Homeowners were very accommodating to every request which were not a lot because they thought of everything. Main street and the beach are in a walking distance so once you park you would hardly need the car. Bradley beach is not as crowded as the other beaches around so its a big plus. Also main street has a number of good places to eat. We will definitely be back.
