This little place had everything you need and the bed was so cozy. We ate at the beefeaters ,which is walkable from here, recommend the prime rib. Breakfast: Kennedy St Cafe is that kind of local diner every little town holds dear to their hearts. Jon was on top of everything, from communications to turning on the AC and providing us with bottles of water in the fridge because it was over 85 when we got there! The property is clean, well stocked with linens and quiet despite being in the center of downtown. A parking pass was provided, so we knew our vehicle was safe. We stayed two nights in Bradford. Did some sightseeing at Zippo museum, and Kinzua Sky Walk, bike riding on our way to granddaughters HS graduation party. The rental is on a second story (up 24 steps) and is on Main Street with some traffic noise. The space is relatively small, and has the basics one needs for preparing meals, bathing, and sleeping. Their are room darkening curtains to separate sitting area from sleeping area and covering windows to the street. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable!
