Unwind at this lovely full furnished 2 bedroom condo. Our tranquil property offers a pleasant retreat for guests. In addition to the cozy bedrooms, there is an additional living room space with a sofa bed,. Enjoy the awesome amenities such as a washing machine, AC, iron, heating, WiFi, and full stocked kitchen.  
Imagine unwinding on your balcony with a glass of wine, listening to the birds chirping, and catching a glimpse of the sunset after a day of golfing.  
Full membership transfer of $575 includes access to a 27-hole championship golf course, lighted tennis courts, a resort-style heated pool, a fitness center, two restaurants, bars, and more. Complementary transfer with a 5 month rental.   
Conveniently located close to Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key, and AMI, as well as the UTC Mall, I-75, St. Pete, and Tampa.  
. Rates are $2100 per month if renting for during off-season, plus electric. $5500 Jan- March
