Welcome to this spacious three-bedroom, three bath condo with 10 ft ceilings featuring the finest sunsets and water views around. Enjoy morning coffee watching nature spring to life or watching the nightly sunsets with dinner on your private screened patio, furnished with two comfortable chairs and a dining set for four. Outfitted with top of the line furnishings and decorator touches, this unit has all the comforts of home and more. The master ensuite has a king size bed and lovely views of the Anna Maria Sound, as well. The second ensuite also has a king size bed and two twins in the 3rd bedroom. The spacious and open kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is also a coffee station with a Keurig, lots of pantry space and a four seated island so the chef is always a part of the party. The open floor plan continues to the dining and living area. The dining room table will seat six comfortably and the island will seat an additional three. Short term guests (five{5} to 29 days) will have access to the clubhouse, heated pool, BBQ area, childrens splash pad and playground. Beautiful 3 bedroom with dedicated bathrooms for each. The show stopper is the fully collapsing window wall between the living room and outdoor, screened in patio overlooking the water.
