You’re just 15 minutes from Cortez Beach, Coquina, Holmes Beach, and Anna Maria Island. Also nearby: Sarasota Airport, IMG Academy, Lido Key, Longboat Key, art galleries, museums, theaters, Marie Selby Gardens, Marina Jack—and Disney World is just a 2-hour drive!  
  
This attached private studio has:  
 • Separate, private entrance  
 • Full bathroom  
 • Mini fridge & microwave (no full kitchen)  
 • Wi-Fi, A/C, and essentials for a comfortable stay  
 • Free on-site parking (1 car only)  
  
Please note: This studio shares one wall with the main house, and while it’s fully private with no interaction, light noise may be heard during daytime hours.  
  
Important Policies:  
 • Max occupancy: 2 guests (including children)  
 • No pets allowed  
 • No parties, loud music, or events  
 • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM  
 • Early check-in/late check-out not available

Nice cozy little rental, very clean and well kept. The price is great. 15 minutes from the beach if the traffic is good, nice quiet neighborhood, the owner was very friendly and made sure to let us know we could reach out if we needed anything. We travel a lot and this is a great little rental.

Have never stayed in a unit as clean; attention to detail was amazing. Maykal was so friendly and extremely helpful. We had a problem with the TV remote and he came right over and replaced the batteries, plus logged us on to his Netflix account! If we were to return to the area, I would definitely want to stay in one of Maykal’s units.
