The complex has great amenities, 2 lovely pools and other onsite activities and is very quiet. The beach was also only a 12–15-minute drive and it is beautiful. So many beach access points but it can be busy at certain times of the day. This condo is very welcoming right from the start, the second-floor entrance has a lovely porch with chairs, so it stands out from the others. When you enter you have beautifully decorated living spaces that are immaculate. All the conveniences of home are provided plus some. The areas are spacious for two or a small family and a wonderful screened in patio with a dining set. If you have contact with the hosts, you will be delighted by their gracious attention to your needs or questions. We were so well taken care of that I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Bradenton all due to the care and thoughtfulness of the hosts of their property. ##### Nelson M. The environment and amenities that come along with the place were worth it alone!! It was very clean comfortable and mostly everything you needed was supplied. 12/10 from me. This is a clean, comfortable, updated and pleasantly decorated condo in a nice community. The description and photos very accurate. We had a very pleasant stay and appreciated all the little extras owners provided. Porch sitting areas so pleasant!! Grocery and restaurants walkable distance and beach 20 minute drive.
