They replaced a non functioning coffee pot in a day so quick response! Screened in porch was a great spot to sit and eat! Only 10 min or less drive to the island. I didn't think a gold cart was necessary. Beach parking is hard to find so arrive early. Highly recommend this property! ##### kristi t. Property was immaculate and clean as can be . Would not hesitate to return as the community is safe and gorgeous. It’s a Jimmy Buffet themed resort so it comes equipped with a customs Maragaritaville blender and such. We had arranged for early check in and the lock code had not been entered but a quick phone call resolved that issue as this it’s keyless entry with a Bluetooth lock so the agent updated the code from the phone. Storage area was too small for my paddle board but community is secure and gated so I wasn’t concerned with leaving my board out (it was fine) and the storage had plenty of beach supplies that we put to use.
