Please alert us if you have concerns about the pool and we will send someone out to check on it ASAP. While we have a professional service that regularly cleans and maintains the pool, we do not offer 24/7 pool maintenance you may find at a resort or hotel. It may be necessary to use the provided net and remove debris or other things that may fall into the pool before use just as a homeowner would. So open and inviting. Something for everyone. The kids loved the bunk room and each couple had a private bedroom to themselves. The pool and the deck area offered hours of happy play and enjoyment. The property manager was very responsive. The heated pool wasnt heated when we arrived on Christmas eve, which was disappointing since the heated pool was the deciding factor in choosing the home- it seemed like a good way to let the kids get the energy out. She had someone out to look at it that evening. It still hadnt heated up yet by the next morning, and they actually had someone come out Christmas morning to fix it! An older home that has been revamped for renters. Great living space for everyone to relax. While we didn't use the outdoor space very much because of our schedule, it's incredible! Newer rental, so kitchen has barebones of supplies, but we managed! VERY easy check out and check in, owners would respond fast if we had any questions. Would stay here again. ##### Alison T.
