When arriving at the property you will notice the well-maintained landscaping that gives off visions of summer year-round. With a paved driveway and gravel driveway there is plenty of room to park. Walking in you will be amazed by the fully renovated appearance of the home and greeted by a living room with plenty of seating and a smart TV to watch all your favorite shows and movies. To the left of this room, you will find the kitchen and dining rooms. In this kitchen, you can find all of the utensils and appliances that you would need to cook your favorite meals including all new stainless steel appliances. In the dining room you can enjoy your meals at a table which fits 6 people. When heading outside you will step right onto the pool deck which is complemented by plenty of seating under a covered patio with a 75 in Smart TV, grill, cozy fire pit with seating, lounging options to get your perfect tan, and a putting green to practice your short game or work on being the putt-putt master of the vacation.
