It is newly refurbished and so comfortable for 3 family’s to stay together. We had one issue with an appliance and the host was spectacular with communication and sent someone out right away! The home was very clean and well appointed with a grill, pool toys, sand toys, great outdoor furniture and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and small appliances. We were at the home for a week and the weather was cooler than normal but the pool was 85 degrees so we were able to swim comfortably all week long. A modest neighborhood but the neighbors were friendly and the location was great for beaches, close to Anna Maria Island and lots of fun things for families. The host communicated throughout our stay and even provided tips on where to eat and things to do. Highly recommend! ##### Cindy G. They did a great job here. The pool was heated and nice but there are several trees surrounding it so I was constantly cleaning it out (could just be the time of the year). The house is not located in a very good neighborhood though, which I understand can’t be helped but i wish I had known beforehand. The other down side was that it took about an hour ever day to get to the beach due to high traffic. It was spring break so that could have been a factor but spending two hours a day driving too and from the beach was not fun. There was also a lot of lizards outside that my wife was not a fan of. ##### Tyler P. It was very well taken care of, clean, spacious and had a lot to do with the pool, kayaks, etc. there were plenty of rooms for us and we utilized the grill and kitchen for one of our dinners together and this helped create a “family” environment for our Team. ##### John S. The house is a split level so there is no main floor bedroom or bathroom. We figured it from the listing so weren't surprised, its just a convenience we prefer. The house has 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The main living area is updated and open. The kitchen was fantastic and fully stocked with anything we needed. The back yard was a great retreat. It was definitely worth the money to get the pool heated. Plenty of covered outdoor comfortable seating. The neighborhood was OK. I wish we could've walked to a few more places but you are a short ride to so many wonderful beaches and areas. Lastly, the hosts made it a 5 star experience. They are great communicators and were quick to respond to any questions we had that the extensive welcome book didn't cover. They also offered several useful reviews and recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
