This beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath home nestled in the charming Shore Acres neighborhood of NW Bradenton is the ultimate retreat to call home on your next family vacation. The home offers an abundance of amenities including a private pool & hot tub, a putting green, a tiki bar, pickleball & basketball court, fire pit and large screened lanai with TV. The large pull through private driveway provides ample space for your guests to park and also to have a place for your boat & trailer. Once inside, you will fall in love with the coastal design and open layout. Swoon over the cozy comforts of the living space with a plush sectional sofa to kick back and stream your favorite shows from the large flat panel TV. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all the culinary tools to craft a meal for the whole family to enjoy at a family-sized dining room table. The kitchen is nicely updated with sparkling quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse porcelain sink, and a built-in banquette nook. The four luxury designed bedrooms are spacious with king beds, ambient lighting, crisp, premium bedding, and flat panel smart tv’s. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a master spa-inspired soaking tub and step-in shower. Your 3rd bathroom is accessed from the hallway with a large vanity and step-in shower. There is also a bedroom that features 2 twin over twin bunks that’s great for the younger crew! Live like you are on vacation while you entertain family and friends from the screened-in covered lanai where you can sip on an ice-cold beverage from the pool side tiki bar. Your secluded tropical oasis features a lagoon style pool with a jetted spa and cascading rock waterfall! Test your skills on the putting green or pickleball court while your friends get the grill ready for a nightly poolside BBQ.  
  
Set out and explore the neighborhood where you are walking distance to Warner’s Bayou Boat Ramp for great fishing opportunities on the Manatee River. Drop in your boat and cruise the intracoastal to nearby sand bars and islands where you are sure to see some dolphins or manatees along the way.
