Walking into the property you will immediately notice the homey, modern decor of the property that is accentuated by the natural lighting that flows through the large windows and glass doors. The home has a spacious open floor plan with a living room, kitchen, dining room, and family room all combined which offers a gorgeous view that overlooks the pool and canal. In this renovated kitchen, the chef is always in the center of things, with a large island, a new cooktop, and all new appliances. The dining room accommodates a table for six and the kitchen island offers seating for 6 as well. Just off the dining room, you will find the family room with a Roku Smart TV which boasts the view outside and seamlessly blends together with the pool deck via the sliding glass doors. When heading outdoors, you will notice a plentiful supply of seating to make lounging by the pool a breeze. There is also a dining set outside for dinners by the water or for quick snacks during fun at the pool. This pool faces west so it will be a great place to hang out at the end of the day and catch the beautiful sunsets that Florida has to offer. Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? This property offers a split floor plan with the master bedroom suite and 2 more bedrooms on the right side of the home and the other 2 bedrooms on the left side of the home. All bedrooms come equipped with Roku Smart TVs to make sure you don't miss your favorite shows or movies. The master suite sits at the back of the home with access to the pool area and provides a king bed and sleek ensuite bathroom with double vanity. Two more bedrooms sit on the right side of the home. On the other side of the home, you will find the last two bedrooms; the first is equipped with a queen bed/ full trundle bed and the other contains two queen beds, these two rooms share the third bathroom which can be found in the hallway between the rooms. A total of 3 families with 4 kids ranging from 1 to 10 years old and 6 adults. The house was well laid out with plenty of space for a large group, having everything on one level was definitely a plus! The covered area outside made a great place to hang out while still being able to see the whole pool area and canal. The pool is deep, so the young kids were not able to touch anywhere but the steps, so bring floaties if needed. The location was perfect to lots of beaches and easy on to Anna Maria Island. There were also some great places to eat, get ice cream and shop around when you don't want to travel over to the island. Make sure to bring any amenities you need for bath or kitchen as that was limited. There was a garage stocked with great pool toys and beach needs! Hosts were very responsive. We loved the house. The brunch guests also loved the house. House is beautiful, big, comfortable furniture, many areas to gather inside and out. The coffee nook was nice and well used. The kitchen is fabulous. Although we only used the pool one day, it was nice that it was heated (with an extra fee) because there was a cold snap while we were there. Warning to a group with all adults: the room with 2 queen beds are up against the wall with only 1 night stand between them, no closet, no place to put luggage, which would be an issue if you plan to put 4 people in that room The room with the queen trundle bed, if you pull out the bottom trundle you cannot walk around it. It was a good room to put our infant bed. The only thing was the listing shows two bedrooms with 2 beds?And it's only one bedroom with two beds that could be a misunderstanding for future renters. Also 1 of thebathrooms toiletpaper holder was hangingout of the wall. As if someone tried to repair it before we had even checked in. Other than that, me and 12 ladies spent our time there for Mother's Day and birthdays getaway. Home was very spacious and had all the utensils,you could ever need for cooking. This house is very equipped for grilling and just having a good time. Beaches nearby only eight minutes a way very beautiful. ##### Lateefa C. The house came with everything you need. The bedrooms were a little warm, but the living space was cool. Be sure to bring bug spray because the no see um bug bites are brutal. The home is beautiful and spacious and lots of room to spread out! The outside patio was a perfect spot for games and hanging out while others enjoyed the pool and some fishing off the dock. We enjoyed grilling out several nights with the grill provided as well! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of seating with the large island.
