This home was crafted with love for your family or friends, with space for indoor and outdoor gatherings - with room for games, meals & memories. Grill outside, hang in the treehouse, or go for a swim!



In the delightful kitchen, formal living space, and outdoor entertainment area you have breathtaking views of the outside grounds, landscape, and scenery. The formal dining room boasts ample seating for dinners and hosting discussions over libations. That, along with a bar-style eatery and an eating cove next to the kitchen, provides a gathering space for all to enjoy some delicious food.

Every inch of this residence is designed for fun whether you are inside or outside. Take some time to cool down inside by catching a movie on the oversized couch, shoot pool or test your skills on the foosball table in the redesigned garage game space.

Head outside to the all-ages fun-filled resort-like pool, and entertainment area. Soak in the sun on a poolside lounge chair or have dinner underneath the canopy and cafe lights. Youngsters will be kept fully entertained between the outdoor areas and the game room.

This comfortable private home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Bradenton.  Downtown Bradenton is on the Manatee River and has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts.  The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 35-minute drive (9.6 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 35-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping.   You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach.  The home is centrally located to I-75 to take quick trips to Tampa or Orlando areas.

This was the second time we stayed here and we had a wonderful time. The pool was perfect for the grandkids with a nice shallow play area for the little ones that has steps down to the deeper water for the adults. The hot tub is connected to the pool so we could be in the pool and talk with those in the hot tub. We had the pool heated and it was a perfect temperature for us. The house is very spacious with many rooms for all 14 of us. The kitchen had everything we wanted and we ate many meals around the large table in the screened in porch. There’s also a large tree swing in the yard that the kids had fun on. There were plenty of beach chairs and beach toys to use and the extra fridge in the game room was very helpful. There is also a great ice cream store within walking distance called Jeremiah’s. We highly recommend it. We went there every night! The only down side to this property for us was some mosquitos, not too many. We had some bug spray and were fine. I hope to go back again another year.

We loved the pool area and backyard! The house was stocked with everything we needed. The beach chairs were in bad shape and pretty much unusable but other than that everything was great! The host got back to me quickly whenever I had questions or needed anything and was very nice and helpful. We were staying for a soccer showcase at IMG and this was a perfect location. Didn’t take long to get to the fields or the beach and lots of restaurants and stores close by. We were staying with two other families and there was plenty of space for everyone.

The host was very attentive when I contacted her about a couple of issues. However, I did not contact her about all the issues we encountered. The house was not satisfactory to the pictures you have online. The bedding in the master bedroom didn't look anything like the pictures; the comforter was a cheap fake down that did not fit the bed. Inside the master closet, there had been some repairs, and there was still dust. There is no way I would have put clothes in there. In the bathroom, the TP holder and towel bar are both very loose. The one sink was clogged, and that we did message about and the handyman came the same day, and we did not have any issues following that. He also unclogged a sink upstairs. The bathroom rug and the kitchen rug were both disgustingly dirty, and I washed them with one of the 3 laundry pods they left. Not nearly enough for a party of 15 for the week. The same with the dishwasher pods and the garbage bags. Speaking of garbage, no one put the garbage out on the day we arrived, which was Sunday, and we did not know it needed to go out until after the garbage truck had gone past, Monday morning. I'm guessing whoever cleaned before we arrived should have done that. Speaking of cleaning, that is certainly not top-notch inside or out. The pool area was overgrown with trees and weeds. Coconuts and palm branches fell from the trees several times, and the landscaping is less than desirable! When using the hot tub at night, there were raccoons running around

Overall, this property was really great, and my family only had a few notes. The first thing we noticed was that the heat would randomly get cranked up throughout the night to the high 70s due to the home's electronic system. This, coupled with the fact that there was no air at all in the master bedroom, made for an unpleasant sleeping experience for many. Additionally, the master bedroom's shower did not work AT ALL upon arrival, as expected and outlined in the property photos. The final item, not as promised, was that the outdoor speakers did not work due to the hurricane last year, but they did have a great sound system in the game room. Additionally, everything was super clean, and there were LOTS of things to do around the house and in the game room. We were impressed by the kitchen and dining spaces, and it was great to accommodate our group. Overall, for the pool alone, this was a worthwhile stay, and we would love to stay again!

Graduation Celebration

We had a total of 15 guests and overall the stay was great. This is a beautiful home and spacious to accommodate all 15 for a long celebratory weekend. The detached garage with game room was fantastic and kept everyone entertained. Location was perfect and a short drive to beach and restaurants. There are a few things that stood out such as the need for pest control. Guests stated a few roaches were seen inside. Extra care was needed outdoors. A simple leaf blower could go a long way. The outdoor shower was not used due to yard debris and old pool toys piled up. The temperature of the pool was extremely hot when we arrived and when the property manager was contacted, we were just told it was due to the heat outdoors. Luckily, the pool service gentleman saved us finding the pool temp was set at 92! Yikes. Despite the minor things mentioned, I would highly recommend for small or large groups.

Great Property for big groups

Overall the house was great and we would book again. There could be a little more care taken of the entire property- the backyard needed a leaf blow and clean, there were massive piles of leaves that needed to be taken out, the game room was in need of some attention, the kitchen was super disorganized, little stuff like that. This property would benefit from having the owner or manager walk through it every few months, but overall it was great. Also - how much money are you really saving by only giving three trashbags...? Credit to the manager for putting it in the listing, to be fair, but it's like- we paid over 5k for the week, could you not just buy a box of trashbags, a full thing of laundry detergent, ect? If you need to up the price of the listing by 50, then just do that. It's super inconvenient to have to go buy all of that stuff, and it's so cheap- just keep it in stock and make all of your guests happier instead of cutting every little corner. Really, that level of detail is the overall message for this review. It's a fine place, it would be an amazing place if anyone cared to make it that way.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The game room and pool were wonderful for the kids especially. Everyone (15 people) had space to hang out and enjoy their time there. They also loved the tree swing. We all enjoyed our stay!

Overall property was great. Plenty of space for 10 adults. Spent a large amount of time around the pool area. Only downside is that the pool was not very well cleaned and ended up being pretty cold on the last full day despite paying for the pool to be heated.

Fantastic for our sports team!

Great location and fantastic home for our sports team. Big enough where everyone is comfortable and can be fed easily. Game room and pool were killer for keeping our teens entertained and enjoying each other. So much so that they even put their phones down!!

Great Location for a Family Vacation and Hosts who are Helpful!

We stayed at this home for a brief (4 night) family vacation. The house was large enough for 4 families (including 7 adults, 4 teens/young adults and 2 children under 10) to be comfortable. We were able to spread out to different spaces, so it never felt crowded. The garage-converted-to-game-room was a hit with the young adults and having a second kitchen there was helpful for making large meals. The house was clean and had several amenities (including a few days of cleaning supplies/laundry and dish tabs) that were appreciated. There were ample towels for the bathrooms as well as pool/beach towels to use. There were also many board games to play. The pool had not been cleaned well from the previous tenants - but the hosts were exceptionally responsive and immediately contacted their cleaning service to return and clean the pool. They remained in contact with me to make sure things were cleaned to our satisfaction. The location of Bradenton was ideal for access to beaches, without being overly crowded or loud. Were were able to enjoy several peaceful evenings in the pool and next to the firepit. We would certainly return to this location and would rent from these hosts again!

Fantastic getaway for a large group

The house is beautiful, perfect for our large group! Everything we needed was provided and easy to find. The pool and the game room made for a good gathering space. Would 100% recommend! We plan on returning in the near future!

Nice house

The house was huge. Old house, but tons of character! The pool was a great size. With a shallow end to sit in chairs, but deep enough to play in. Plenty of hot water for our group of 12 each day. Beds are very comfortable (even the bunk beds) Only a few complaints. $400 cleaning fee, but the house was not cleaned to that level. Bowls in the cabinet were dirty, cup rings on the window sills, bbq grill needed to be scrubbed prior to use. The TVs in the game room had power, but neither would turn on. The kitchen aid appliances in the kitchen are gorgeous! But the refrigerator doors don’t close easily. And it takes a lonnnnnng time to get to temp. The oven also took about 30 minutes to preheat to 425.

Great place for a large family

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and plenty of room for our family of 13. Kitchen was well stocked and the pool and pool house area entertained us for several days. Pool was cleaned and taken care of. Host was responsive.

Stay in Bradenton Beach

We had a great stay in Bradenton Beach! The house was very cute with seemingly recent updates. We were staying here for a bachelorette party, there were 10 of us that comfortably fit with room to spare. I do want to point out that most of the listing is accurate but there was a typo in one spot that listed an extra bedroom. There are total 5 bedrooms. The pool is a beautiful oasis with a convenient close game room that has ample fridge space and an additional half bath. The thermostat took us a little to figure out as it was set on a schedule and would fluctuate temperature a bit. Overall, the place was great and I would highly recommend. The communication with the host was also very timely.

This home was as beautiful as the pictures. There was more than enough room for our family of 12. The backyard is truly an oasis with the pool, hot tub and fire pit. The only downside was the mosquitoes. The screened in porch was a great place to enjoy the weather without the mosquitoes.
