House was not clean when my infant had black hands, knees and feet after crawling on the floor, games were missing pieces, child gates were broken, bathroom on main floor had minimal water pressure from the faucet, sink backed up easily. My only caution is that there are a lot of stairs in the house. It wasn't an issue for anyone in our group, but if you're traveling with anyone with mobility issues or a crawling baby/toddler, it may prove to be a bit challenging. I think our favorite part of the house was the heated pool. It felt great on chillier evenings- almost like a giant hot tub. The owner was incredibly responsive. A few small issues popped up during our trip, and she addressed them immediately. My only regret is that our trip wasn't longer, and we didn't have more time to spend in the house. The location is great- an hour drive from TPA, and only 15-30 minutes to Anna Maria Island, depending on which beach you go to. Our family would absolutely return to this area, and if we do, we would love to stay in this house again. ##### Jess B. My family and I had a great time at this house with its heated pool and amazing views of the intercoastal. Plenty of room inside and out. Had a couple of hiccups during check in and the wifi going out, but the host was responsive and determined to give solutions.
