There is an awesome This lovely condo has just been updated with brand new vinyl plank flooring, all new kitchen cabinets and sparkling white quartz countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Quality furnishings throughout the condo furnished as a two bedroom, two bath with a den but can easily be a third bedroom complete with a closet.   
  
 This 1,482 sq ft 2 Bedroom with a Den second floor condo with a garage is conveniently located is close to public transportation, restaurants, and banks. King in Master, 2 twins in guest room. Walk-in closet in master bedroom. Full size laundry in the kitchen area. Only minutes to AMI gulf beaches. Vaulted ceilings, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Screened lanai overlooks peaceful lake. Close to the local bus line and walking distance to grocery store. Gated community. Amenities: community pool, fitness center and clubhouse.
