Property Mgt co awful-did not send email for arrival info and I ended up spending 1 1/2 hrs tracking them down through VRBO, one roll of toilet paper, cleaning crew arrived 15 minutes before our 10am scheduled departure asking us to leave and waited outside the door, knocking two more times before 10am because they wants to clean the property early. We paid until 10am!! Dropped keys off to property Mgt co and asked for some money back for the time I spent having to track them down to access property and the cleaning crew fiasco-Ken refused, saying they let us in the property an he earlier than most-we didn’t decide that, they told us 3pm check in.
