Great amenities include resort style heated pool, basketball & tennis courts, playground, and picnic area. Equipped with beach towels, chairs, and tennis rackets for your enjoyment. Please carefully read over our house/guest rules & policies… ☀️ WiFi information, TV instructions, Pool Rules, Trash & amenities information, etc. can be found in the guest book (Please take the trash out daily). Please read the book to find out other things you need to know. 🌴 This property is designed to comfortably accommodate 5 people max. $20 extra guest fee per person per night. Events/parties are not allowed unless given prior approval from the management company. An event fee must be paid as well. ☀️ Since the house is privately owned, the homeowners are not responsible for any illnesses, accidents or injuries that occur while on-premises.
