Put on your favorite bathing suit as the days heat up and make your way down to the shared pool for a day of tanning and diving into that novel you have been meaning to get around to. For a bit more action, work up a sweat and indulge in some friendly competition with a few sets of tennis or a game of pickup basketball on the shared courts on-site. Returning to home base will be a treat as well with a full kitchen ready to assist in preparing a tasty recipe, free high-speed WiFi for streaming or remote work/school, and a flatscreen TV to catch up on favorite shows! Plus, the patio is a great place to watch the last light of day disappear as you sip a favorite drink in the summer breeze and look out to the flowing river.

Though you won't need to leave the comfort of home, this complex is in a great location to venture out and make the most of the Manatee River, go play a round of 18 at a local golf course or head into the main drag of Bradenton just four miles west. While in town, check out the local shops or grab a bite to eat from one of the many tasty eateries that make this city so special. If a beach day is on the agenda, make the quick 13-mile drive to Holmes Beach and spend the day soaking up the sunshine with your toes in the sand.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
