Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). A couple minor inconveniences that we experienced. 1) The TV remotes wouldn't work all the TVs. Submitted a request on Saturday but with it being the weekend we didn't get a call until Monday. We were able to find a remote to work the main TV room so we made it work. Wasn't the end of the world. 2) On the last night my son stepped on some broken glass that may have been hidden in the carpet. We didn't break anything so guessing it was from a previous tenant or incident. It went pretty deep but we had tweezers on hand and were able to remove it.The house was cute and the pool was very nice as well. We did enjoy our stay.
