The condo backs to a bay with mangroves - we saw tons of birds and some dolphins from the screened porch and a manatee in the canal behind the pool. The condo is updated and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were both super comfortable, the kitchen well organized and having a washer and dryer in the unit was really convenient. The condo is the end unit on the third floor close to Manatee Ave. so there was some road noise especially when on the screened porch during high traffic times but it always tapered down by evening and did not disturb our sleep. The pool is a short walk away and was never crowded. We enjoyed kayaking, biking and walking in Robinson Preserve. The beach and many restaurants are within a 10-15 min drive even with traffic.
