One of the best vantage points for watching passing watercraft is the private pool in the beautiful professionally landscaped backyard. Underneath the adjacent tropical gazebo, you'll find the Blackstone griddle and outdoor dining table ideal for hosting an intimate cookout or sipping a frozen cocktail while listening to the pool spa's cascading fountain. If you need a little shade without sacrificing the sunshine, hang out in the lounge area on the screened porch for the best of both worlds. The home's interior features abundant natural light in an airy space tastefully decorated in a coastal theme appropriate for being so close to the local beaches. Things to know High-speed WiFi Private dock - accommodates boats up to 20 ft., tie-downs available, but guests must provide own ropes/equipment Guests may fish off the dock with a fishing license (obtainable at any Walmart in Florida). The house and property are exactly as in the pictures, the house is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Probably one of the most comfortable beds we've had at a property. The neighbor hood is pretty quiet and just far enough away from the overly crowded Anna Maria Island but still easy to get to if you want to spend a day or two walking around or going to the beach. Pool heat was the only issue we had as it was unseasonably cool while we were there and even though paying for pool heat, it never got warm enough to use. Also, communication is not with the actual property owner but Vacasa, a property management company who seems to be overloaded, which proved to be difficult as they don't have a number to call, nor do they have real time chat, we didn't get a reply to our one issue until after we had returned home so be aware of that. Other than that. we would happily stay at this property again and again. ##### Mike Y.
