This warmly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa with a den is set within the resort-style, gated community of Esplanade at Azario in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, just a short drive from the Gulf Coast and beach escapes.

The comfortable living room has a plush pull-out sofa, two day chairs and a Smart TV, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing or beach time. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and generous countertop space leads into the dining area — perfect for relaxed home meals together.  
  
The primary bedroom features a king bed and spa-style ensuite with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. A second guest bedroom offers a queen bed with ample closet space, and the adjacent second bathroom features a shower/tub combination. The den/office provides a pull-out couch and a desk, so you can work remotely or host extra guests comfortably.
