The location is perfect for travelers who are looking to not only travel to the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast but also a close drive to Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and I-75\. The property is conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, WAWA, and several restaurants in the area! A Wave From It All is a very spacious home with plenty of room for entertaining and has a refreshing ocean vibe throughout the whole house. The living room offers a large sectional sofa along with a Smart TV mounted on the wall, perfect for watching your favorite TV shows or sporting events or just relaxing with your friends and family. The kitchen comes with all the appliances you would need to make any meal you miss from home and is fully equipped for your stay. Enjoy cooking on the grill? A propane grill is available for use as well to complete the perfect BBQ! The pool deck is completely screened in and has plenty of seating to hang out on a beautiful Florida day. You also have access to a propane fire pit which offers the perfect place to enjoy at night. If you are interested in heating the pool that can be added for an additional charge! As part of the Sabal Harbour community, you'll have access to an array of fantastic amenities. The additional three bedrooms are located on the right side of the property. The two bunkrooms share a full bathroom and come equipped with twin over queen bunk beds. The rear bedroom offers a king bed as well as a separate bathroom that is shared with the exterior pool area. All of the bedrooms come with smart TVs for your enjoyment! Super clean, beautifully set up, and in a perfect location — close to everything from grocery stores to emergency snack runs (which, if you have kids, you know is critical). The host was awesome and incredibly responsive — replies came faster than my kids racing to claim the top bunk.Speaking of the kids, they loved the pool, the pool table, and especially the Pac-man game. I’m not saying they tried to set up permanent residency in by the pool table and Pac-man game, but we may or may not have had to negotiate screen time with pizza bribes.The only hiccup during our stay was the trash situation — the bins were full when we arrived. Totally understand that trash day is a thing, and we don’t mind wheeling them down, but it would've been nice to start the trip with a clean slate (and clean cans). Still, it wasn’t a dealbreaker — just a minor wrinkle in an otherwise fantastic stay.All in all, this place was great for our family, and we’d definitely stay here again (especially if the aPac-man machine survives my kids). ##### Peter T. We had asked for the pool to be heated and it took about 2 1/2 days into our stay for that to be turned on. We also had trouble with the hot tub. It was freezing cold for about 2 1/2 days as well, but once the hot tub was working it was great! The house wasn't as clean as we hoped and the toilet that was connected to the pool area really didn't work very well. The AC shut off on us a couple of times even though we kept it at the required temperature the whole time. The bunk rooms worked great for the kids and they really enjoyed the pool and billiards table. The extra items for the beach were awesome and we utilized them a lot. ##### Erin M. Our group was a mixed age group of three separate families, who were are all related to each other. We rented this home for a family member’s wedding and stayed for five nights. Our group was three seniors, two young adults and a child. Each of the three families had their own bedroom and private bathroom. The mutual space was roomy allowing for lots of group and private conversations, playing pool, swimming, sitting on the deck, and even sitting around the outdoor fire pit. The home’s amenities exceeded our expectations offering board games, swimming, hot tub, pool table, and everything we needed to enjoy the beaches. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were ample towels, wash cloths, extra pillows, lots of beach and pool towels, and extra blankets. The towels were thick and high quality and all linens were very nice. The washer and dryer and automatic ice maker came in very handy. We will rent this home again as we loved our stay. The management team was very attentive and checked in with us multiple times to assure we were content and all of our needs were being met. Don’t miss this one….it will blow you away and exceed your expectations. The pics and description don’t do this place justice. You really need to see this home to believe it. There was nothing in this home missing you would need. The house instructions were thorough but easy to follow. Cleaning this place as you go was a breeze. The outside space was our favorite place to sit together and bbq and listen to music while we swam. The inside space was cool (we didn’t need more or less cool air). I recommend just keeping the ceiling fans on in your room. The master bedroom was the spot 😍 gorgeous bathroom. Our only trouble was getting the timing of the garbage collection - we thought we’d catch them before 830am as we didn’t want to put it out the night before incase of pests. I would say before 730 is smart! All around we would come back here 1000 times and likely will try to at our planned visit next year. Thank you so much to the amazing hosts!!! ##### Julie P.
