The house is so spacious and the yard large and well kept. Pool was warm and inviting and the hot tub perfect for the cool first week of our stay. Nicely appointed, had everything we needed and more. In town for a wedding at Bishop Museum which was one mile away. This home suited our needs perfectly. The bedrooms/bathrooms had various combinations, so we were able to all be comfortable. The main area we spent almost all our time was the outside patio!! There were 9 of us all enjoying that space with hot tub, comfy seating area, table, hammock swings, swingset and pool. We changed our plans and chose to stay IN 2 of the nights because we had so much fun at the house in the patio area! Relaxing and accommodating. House is exactly as pictured.We have used VRBO for many years and this home ranks number 1 in ‘things they provide’ as far as soaps, detergents, and paper products. ##### Brenda S. They provided just about everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. There were ten of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and most importantly the beaches. The owners were so nice and responded quickly when we had questions. Everyone had a great time and there was always something for everyone to do. The pool was a big hit for everyone and the adults enjoyed the hot tub as well. The location is great with easy access to shopping and to the various beaches. The house is well laid out with plenty of room for everyone. The large back yard was very welcoming and comfortable for the kids to play in. In addition the beach and pool toys were extremely useful and there was a large variety of each for people to use.
