Welcome to Tropic Treasure! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.This luxurious second-level condo is nestled in the picturesque Palma Sola Bay and boasts a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo that offers the perfect blend of coastal elegance and modern comfort, providing a serene and sophisticated Florida living experience.  
  
As you step inside, you ll be greeted by an open and spacious floor plan that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The natural light pouring in through large windows and patio doors illuminates the space and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room boasts high ceilings and provides access to a private balcony with views of lush landscaping and glimpses of the tranquil Palma Sola Bay.  
  
The Palma Sola Bay community offers a range of amenities, including a sparkling swimming pool just steps from your front door, fitness center, and lushly landscaped grounds and a community kayak launch. Residents can take leisurely strolls along the bay, enjoy the nearby beaches, and explore the vibrant cultural offerings of Bradenton.  
  
The kitchen is a chef s dream, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space. A breakfast bar provides additional seating, perfect for casual meals or entertaining friends and family. The adjacent dining area offers an elegant space for formal dinners.  
  
The primary bedroom suite is a true retreat, offering a spacious oasis of relaxation with a king-size bed, and his hers armoirs. It has its own private balcony access, it s the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the serene surroundings. The attached bathroom boasts dual vanities, a soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, , ensuring comfort and convenience.  
  
Two additional bedrooms are generously sized and feature plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a bunk bed/trundle bed, a TV, and plenty of closet space. The half bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and plenty of space to kick back and unwind after a day at the beach. Adjacent is the second bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.  
  
This condo comes complete with a laundry room equipped with full size washer and dryer, adding to the convenience of everyday living.  
  
Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.  
  
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.  
  
Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. The pet fee for the first pet is collected through Vrbo. If you're bringing a second pet, an additional non-refundable fee must be paid directly to the management company after booking.  
  
Storage Unit in the carport that has beach essentials. There are two covered garage parking spaces as well as guest parking.

#### Poor communication

Property was beautiful and convenient to Shopping and grocery stores. However, after 2 days at property guest room ceiling began leaking. Contacted Gulf Coast Rentals immediately and it took 2 weeks for the repairs to be made. During this time no communication to resolve this issue was made with Gulf Coast Rentals. After 2 weeks and unable to use the guest room, an industrial dehumidifier was brought in with hoses going into the guest bathroom sink. Contacted Gulf Coast Rentals to inquire about a partial refund since guest room was unusable and 3 days were spent inside while workers determined the cause of the leak and Gulf Coast Rentals avoided our calls. Lucy and team have not called us back after promising to discuss our problem. I will avoid dealing with Gulf Coast Rentals in the future.
