No frills but accommodating for a short stay
Met our needs for a short 3-day stay. Close to the friends we were visiting and conveniently located to the beach. It's an 'efficiency' unit as noted in the description. Unit is dated so don't expect much more or you will be disappointed. Owner and project manager were very nice and accommodating.

Bryce was a great host, he has sticky notes everywhere and can I just say they are so helpful. The place was very nice and relaxing. My friend and I absolutely loved staying here. Will be coming back in the future!

Perfect stay
For just me, this was perfect. Much much better than the hotels in Bradenton. It is close to the beach. I was in town for Pirates Spring Training and it is 10 minutes from Lecom park. It's a typical Florida residence. It was nice to make morning coffee. Plenty of refrigerator space. Felt very comfortable and taken care of. Will definitely stay again here when I return.

Quaint little vrbo
We had last minute change of plans, my sister and my husband and I were traveling together. The VRBo was quaint, little and well equipped. They had toaster, electric skillet, two small refrigerators, one with a small freezer, they had granola bar snacks and even individual cold cereal. If you really needed laundry done the owner of the home would do it for you. We had access to their pool but it was colder weather, but we enjoyed sitting out by the pool. We asked for a crock pot and they sat one out by our door. The hosts were very accommodating. We met the lady as we were leaving, she was very sweet. Not a lot of room but it had everything you needed.

Ample everything

Pricing is right
No The pricing was probably right for what you get. The inside of the property is clean, however parking is a problem. Also there is a nice pool featured in the pictures but it was dirty and green on the bottom so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The listing also said there was exercise equipment but we were never given any access instructions or told where it was located.

My husband stayed only one night but would stay again and recommend the rental to everyone! It was quiet clean we had everything we needed and more. The host put out candies and snack bars on the coffee table. If you want z place close to the beach and beach nightlife this is a great place to stay!

Hosts were nice, space was comfortable and clean. Nice touches of snacks and toiletries. Liked being near shops and loved walking at Robinson Preserve nearby. Downside is that you could hear their TV through the wall of bedroom. Also driveway was broken up so I worried about puncturing tire when backing out. I’d recommend for someone who wants decent place at affordable price near Anna Maria Island.

Awesome Place
I love this place. Place was very clean and bed was very soft. I plan on staying here again when I come back to visit. I wish I got to use to pool as I was hoping to do some swimming but alas, the tempature outside was in the 40's while I was down there. But planning on a summer visit so will go swimming. The property manager was very nice and helpful. Again, really looking forward to renting the place again when I come back.

the description given by the owner is not correct, what he rents is a room in the house where there is no access to air conditioning, heating and water heater all the noises are heard the smells from the kitchen that by the way were unpleasant, we passed heat because you have to ask them to lower the temperature of the air conditioning, the bed is a mattress on the floor without a base to get up from the bed it is a big effort because it is on the floor, the shower is not centered it is about 6 inches from the wall to your right means you have to shower against the wall and the shower head is so tight you can't move the room is horrible the floor the paint is dark the driveway has a huge hole the house is ugly and poorly maintained without maintenance very ugly on the outside I do not recommend it at all and I'm being honest.

Carlos I apologize if your stay was not that of a 5 star Michelin hotel, but if you read the description in BOLD letters then you would have seen it clearly stated this is a shared house. The bed is not a mattress on the floor it’s the exact bed you see in the photos. Everything you see in the photos is what it is like in person. Considering you went to the extent of actually measuring the placement of the shower head is astounding and I appreciate your diligence to give a review as intricate and exaggerated as possible. You never asked for a refund considering how much you seemed to hate it and that option was available the whole time. You seemed to have a problem with every little thing considering your complaining about the color of the floor? I have had many other guests stay here and absolutely love it to the point of returning. I apologize if you did not enjoy your stay. But I would be glad to never host you again, have a wonderful day.

Easy- peace of mind
Such a great little place. Traveled by myself felt completely safe and comforted that Bryce and his mom were on the property. My son joined me for one night we enjoyed the quick trip to the beach and a evening swim in the pool. So many little extras! Would definitely stay again!

Exactly what we needed for our short stay! If you want to go to a variety of places on and off Anna Maria Island, this is a great location for you with easy access to Manatee Road, AMI, and Robinson Preserve. Bryce’s place is exactly as advertised - all the basics with a few nice extras like water, snacks, and beach towels plus a nice pool (which we didn’t use because the beach conditions were so good). It is clean and quiet, and Bryce checked in with us during our stay to see if we had everything we needed.

I’m sorry that our rental did not reach your standards and this was the first time I have ever had complied with over 100 different guests who have found the rental very enjoyable and have been dying to come back. The California King sized bed is NOT on the floor, it is the exact same as what is shown on the picture, as well as the couch.

We were pleased with the apartment. I suggest telling the renter to turn the heat up on the hot water heater as soon as you arrive. Another chair or two would be fine. The bed quite low to the floor is a little hard for us seniors to get out in the morning. It was a good experience to stay in this apartment!

My stay with Bryce was perfect and exactly what I needed. The bed was more comfy than my own! I felt like I was visiting family. They made sure I alway had everI needed.. The little apartment fit my needs exactly. It’s very close to the beaches and in a beautiful neighborhood. I’ll definitely be back!
