North island may appear to be the hotspot, but nothing could beat this area near Bridge Street. The location of this place is EVERYTHING. Beach access is directly across the street, bridge street and all it's amazing restaurants, shops, and live music are right down the street. We walked over to the beach and to the pier every morning for sunrise views, and you can walk on over to the Kokonut hut for a morning breakfast or beautiful sunset dinner across the street at the Beachouse restaurant. This place was so clean and so cutely decorated! Karen and James did such an impeccable job with this place and had everything we needed. Loved how the pool was literally right outside the bedroom. Really enjoyed having a grill too! We always stay at a condo in Georgia but have never had a grill, so it was nice to be able to have that! Love how close it is to the beach. About a 5 minute walk! Everything is new since the hurricane. Communication is excellent! The only drawback is there are french doors from the bedroom to the pool area. One night there was a very loud group out at the pool late, so could not sleep when I wanted too. ##### Beth J. In every way, very beautifully decorated, anything you could possibly need is provided.
