There were 5 of us although it could have easily accommodated more. The pictures make the home seem smaller than it actually is! The location was perfect as we were right across the street from the beach and we were also within walking distance to local restaurants. The home appeared very clean, and was definitely well kept. I did contact the owner before our arrival to ask if there were beach chairs available, and they told me there were only 2, so unfortunately we did buy a couple and later found out there were a lot more than 2\. The property was nice and extremely close to the beach — which was a huge plus. However, upon checking into the property we find out that the A/C is not working. The owner was very responsive and helped us out with a portable cooling unit, which was nice but only brought the temperature down from 92 degrees to 90 degrees. It wasn’t until the following afternoon that the A/C was repaired. The owner told us that we would be compensated for this, although nothing ever came of it. In all, it was a nice place. But due to the lack of upkeep and responsibility of management, I recommend finding somewhere else to stay. ##### Samantha F.
