The house was clean and had everything we needed and large enough for three couples. The two patios were a great space and used often. One was covered and one was not. The two living rooms were nice for tv watching. We usually don’t stay at the property much while vacationing, but the weather wasn’t the greatest so the layout of the house really worked for us. We were in Bradenton for a weekend soccer tournament but decided to make a Christmas vacation out of it with our boys. The home is located across from the beach, catching beautiful sunsets from the 2nd floor balcony was my favorite. The heated private pool was my sons’ favorite. They were in the pool every day. The location cannot be beat. We walked down to Bridge Street to have lunch on the pier. Our boys loved the candy shop and enjoyed fishing off the pier. The owners were very responsive. My family and I wanted to plan a little get away in the beach right before school started. We found this listing in Anna Maria Island and decided to book it. The house is located very conveniently and has all the comforts of home. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The refrigerator looked brand new and was very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We enjoyed the pool area and grill. When we didnt feel like cooking, we were walking distance to bridge street which had many nice restaurants, bars and stores. The owners, David and Renee were very friendly and responded to our messages in a timely manner. They left us a nice welcome basket with treats! We really appreciated it! Location was incredible being right across the street from the beach. The pool is a fantastic bonus amenity. Renee was very responsive with any questions we had.
