The house was clean and had everything we needed and large enough for three couples. The two patios were a great space and used often. One was covered and one was not. The home is located across from the beach, catching beautiful sunsets from the 2nd floor balcony was my favorite. The heated private pool was my sons’ favorite. They were in the pool every day. The location cannot be beat. We walked down to Bridge Street to have lunch on the pier. Our boys loved the candy shop and enjoyed fishing off the pier. The owners were very responsive. My family and I wanted to plan a little get away in the beach right before school started. We found this listing in Anna Maria Island and decided to book it. The house is located very conveniently and has all the comforts of home. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The refrigerator looked brand new and was very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We enjoyed the pool area and grill. When we didnt feel like cooking, we were walking distance to bridge street which had many nice restaurants, bars and stores. The owners, David and Renee were very friendly and responded to our messages in a timely manner. They left us a nice welcome basket with treats! We really appreciated it! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. One of the highlights for us was that our two dogs were warmly welcomed. Finding a pet-friendly place that is also this clean and well-maintained is rare, and we truly appreciated it. The fenced yard and the peaceful surroundings made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation with our pups. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home from the first day. We loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to come back.
