This first floor unit offers a spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico right from your Livingroom and has ability to sleep six guests with a king size bed, a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your use and convenience. There is a 42" LCD television in the living room with a Blu-Ray DVD and access to Netflix, if you have an account with them. There is a 46" television in the master bedroom and a 31" television in the guest bedroom. Covered parking, a heated pool and ground level storage with beach gear complete the package. Sunset Terrace is a very popular Bradenton Beach rental so please book early. This is a smoke free property with a one week minimum stay. They were moved to a different property. We were never contacted by the owners or property management. I reached out myself to the property management and they had to move us to different condo separating us from my our daughter’s family. The property was booked back in Oct. It was very stressful and disappointing as all our plans were ruined.I would suggest booking thru a property management company and not Vrbo based on our experience. ##### Cathy M. I am not giving a 5 star to this property due to some description that says, property was renewed. Yes I can tell it was renewed but it was a long time ago since the kitchen is very old. A couple of examples, you enter the master bathroom and there is no switch to turn the lights on inside of the bathroom, both bathrooms have sink stoppers that gets stuck and do not come up again. They have chairs on wheels that are waiting for an accident to happen that may cause big trouble. Those are details that did not jeopardize our stay, on the other side the views and proximity to the beach are wonderful. The beach view from the screened porch was fabulous. The pool was warm--like bathwater--and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and every room was inviting. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. A small matter-- all but 2 of the beach chairs were rusty and two of five were broken but if we'd asked management I'm sure they'd have replaced them. I really liked their rental app, which gave us all the information we needed about the unit and Policies at our fingertips. The door lock pad worked well every time. There are no elevators so if nobody in your party can carry heavy coolers or bags up a couple of sets of stairs you might consider another unit or just packing each container with less weight. The living room is totally different than pictures describe, with a very uncomfortable couch that always felt like you were sliding into the floor. The kitchen was very disorganized with all cabinets being full of mismatched parts and pieces of bowls and glasses. We were always searching for lids for a bowl or pot or pan. The entire kitchen was covered in small tiny ants, which I reported but nothing was ever done so we purchased our own ant spray and treated the kitchen, hopefully the next guest will not have the same problem. The pool area is up down and in need of a serious cleaning I specially called and ask about beach chairs and umbrellas and was told there would be chairs and umbrellas for 4 in the properties storage closet, beach chairs were so rusty only one was usable and the umbrellas that were in there were broken, I again called property management and was told they would bring an umbrella out. We returned to the unit to wait for the umbrella only to be locked out. The keypad on the door was not working properly, I again called property management and they said they would send maintenance out. Maintenance came and brought 2 sets of keys without looking at keypad. We spent the rest of the week fighting with the door to get In & OUT. This whole review could have been avoided with some routine maintenance and a cleaning crew with just a small attention to detail. ##### Angie W. Great view. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Had beach towels, beach umbrella, chairs, kick/mini surf boards all in the storage area under the condo. Had everything we needed. The building was in great shape and very well taken care of. When the beach was a little too windy, the pool was a nice retreat. The condo listed for 6 to sleep but only had two bedrooms. It was not very comfortable for more than 4\. We had 5\. The couch pulled out. Then we realized the oven didn't work. Called management Monday, no response, called management Wednesday. Bottom line: the oven was never fixed and we wasted all our groceries. Looked freshly painted and living room furniture was nicer than photos show. Did not cook much but kitchen has everything you could need. Beds very comfortable.
