It’s a 3 minute walk to gorgeous Gulf beaches and an even shorter walk to the beautiful bay. Perfect vacation for a small family or a romantic getaway, this condo is fully equipped for anything you could need. Experience coastal luxury on Anna Maria Island. Your private beach escape awaits with deeded crosswalk access leading directly to the pristine white sands and turquoise waters. Relax poolside under the sun the resort-style pool is now open and ready to enjoy. All community amenities have been beautifully restored. The tennis courts, newly resurfaced pickleball court, and the fishing pier are fully open after their recent updates. The fitness center is the only amenity still completing its final renovations and will be reopening soon. Please note that while most residences are complete, a few neighboring condos may still have light renovation activity. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. We arrived to the community with a construction sign stating “Active Construction Site; enter at own risk”, had construction workers on our roof and around our building the entire week, the pool and clubhouse were completely closed due to damage, and the fishing pier is destroyed. I booked this stay with excitement to use all of the amenities being offered with my 2yo, only to be completely disappointed. Communication with the owner was nonexistent, as my complaint has been ignored. I would not recommend booking this listing. Overpaid for a false listing! ##### Chelsea W. We really wanted to get away and stay in Anna Marie Island. This was a great place to do this. It is very spacious, and the accommodations were perfect. The beach and Bridge Street were a short walk, and we certainly took advantage of that. The complex had pickle ball and tennis available and even had Bingo. My 3rd stay at this complex and love the area. My one complaint is there are no curtains or blinds on the huge sliding glass doors/windows in the living room. That is not okay; I felt totally on display in the evening with absolutely NO Privacy.
