Location is killer just a block from the beach and a number of great restaurants. Home is updated and stocked with essentials, including ice cold air. The back yard is by far the best aspect of the property with sweeping views of the intercoastal waterway. Loved watching the boats, island goers, dolphins and sunrises from the new dock.
