Gulf of Mexico views from the kitchen and living room along with a wonderful view from the large lanai. Just one very short block to the beach, the unit provides the ultimate in convenience. Walk to the beach or a short stroll to Bridge Street with many dining and shopping options as well as several bars - a car may not even be necessary. Relax in the evenings on the large open deck with view of the Gulf. Slight bay views are offered from each bedroom. This unit sleeps six with a king size bed, sleeper sofa and two twin beds. It features wood floors, stainless steel appliances and a stereo. A full size washer and dryer and gas grill are on site for your use. There is a 55" flat screen television in the living room as well as a 32” television in the master bedroom. Good Times A can be rented in conjunction with Unit B downstairs for groups up to ten. Rent both and receive a 5% discount. Dogs are allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per animal. No cats please. Parking is limited to two vehicles. It gets a great breeze and is so peaceful. The location of the property was ideal for us - an easy, short walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach, fun restaurants, and cute shops - and a great location when we needed to drive places as well. We had teens, a grandmother, and 50 somethings - and this property was great for all of us. The unit's floor plan is great - lots of space for our group to be together, and additional space for alone time. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer and dryer worked beautifully, the beds were comfortable, and there was great water pressure in the showers. We also appreciated the beach chairs and wagon - so helpful for the beach. We had to make one call to property management for a small item when we arrived - the management team was super friendly and helpful and they delivered it immediately. The management team was also fantastic when we called before our trip too. This was such a great vacation, and we really enjoyed our time at this wonderful home.
