Pool is nice. Recommend for couple. Parking at beach during day is available if you have more than two vehicles. My son and his girlfriend visited the night of his birthday so be sure to use offsite parking if you have more than two vehicles at any point. Cortez Beach was across the street and the pool and hot tub provided the additional fun to the location. The owner provides all the water toys and even camp chairs to use at the beach. My wife and I really enjoyed the house and the back patio/pool. Kids also loved it, really enjoying the pool. It's a stones throw to the beach and a short walk to Bridge street stores, restaurants, and pier. Rex had his place very clean and offered all essential amenities - cookware, grill, books, internet, and cable tv. We hope to be back! ##### John H.
