It is a quaint island that reminds me of old Florida. The house's location is perfect with beach views from all the floors and an ideal view from the rooftop deck. The pool and the outdoor space is a perfect if you want to take a break from the beach. This home is brand new. It is bright, open and spacious. It is very well appointed with good furniture and upscale appliances. The house has a ton of room. The hosts are hospitable, helpful and communicative. The house lived up to its billing being built within the last year. We loved the fact that all of the beds were comfortable and everything worked for the most part. There was a glitch on the third evening when the key pad that opened the main door quit working. However we called the emergency number and were instructed to another lockbox which held a key so we could get in. The rental company was readily available and the keypad just needed new batteries. We had the best, most special family trip at this beautiful home. AMI sent informative emails and texts leading up to the trip. Check-in was smooth, and the place was very clean and well-appointed. We appreciated the provided starter packs of toiletries, detergent, dishwashing pods, etc. The layout of the home:- first floor with garage, steps up to second floor, opening into a beautiful backyard with pool. - sliding doors to backyard/pool has a child safety alarm for drowning prevention, made us feel safer with our kids - important to note there are no bedrooms/bathroom on the first floor- second floor had kitchen, dining room and living area, plus 2 bedrooms with king size beds- third floor had 5 bedrooms: 4 with king size beds, 1 with full size bunk beds- fourth floor rooftop with lounge chairs - 2nd and 3rd floors each had their own washers/dryers and thermostatsThe pool is very well designed with an enclosed shallow area for babies/toddlers, and a hot tub for adults. We had a situation where the whole pool got very hot (100 degrees) on our last day, and AMI was very responsive and sent a pool tech over immediately.The house is in an ideal location 1 block from the beach. We went every single night to catch the sunset which is always spectacular on the west coast of FL. The location is a very short walk to pristine beach and water. When we weren’t exploring the island, we were in the water. The pool and spa is also a nice feature to relax after a day at the beach. The home is nicely decorated and each bedroom was comfortable with its own bath. The kitchen has all the essentials. We had groceries delivered, but the grocery store is only a mile down the street. The host was accessible, communicative and responsive, though we had no issues at all during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Catherine C.
