Unfortunately, it desperately needs to be updated, especially the kitchen. I spent two hours scrubbing what appeared to be the original tiled countertop before I felt comfortable using it. The cabinets need to be replaced or at least repainted. Actually the entire unit needs to be painted. The front screen door is so old you can’t even close it. The comforter in the master bedroom smelled like body odor, obviously had not been washed in some time. The second bathroom tub is so old the bottom of the tub actually has holes in it where the porcelain has worn away. I wonder how long it has been since the owner has seen the condition this unit is in. I have stayed in several lovely Runaway Bay condos over the last few years, this one was a real disappointment! ##### Peggy H.
