The units are well loved and it shows in some spots but the imperfect furnishings made it less worrisome for us since teenagers can be rough on things. It was great to have 3 separate units so the girls had their own space and the boys had theirs....and we had our own too! The private pool and proximity to the beach and Bridge street were wonderful. The kids could take the trolly all around the island and enjoy different beaches and shopping areas/restaurants. July in FL is hot and sticky but the units had fabulous AC. Was told about a common area between the 3 units (yeah outside by the pool. Twisting of words! ... overall 2 out of 5 stars and dont even get me started about the shotty plumbing!
