Vlad, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. We are saddened to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. Since you weren’t able to arrive until 12:30 am (and our front desk is open from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm), you missed meeting our amazing guest service agents who are always eager to assist our guests with their needs. Hopefully, our after-hours protocols made your self check in seamless. We are very fortunate that our boutique Inn is located on a beautiful property in downtown Bracebridge so close to shops, restaurants and the Bracebridge Falls with a great view of the Muskoka River. Unfortunately, you may have missed those features and benefits with such a short stay, which is probably why you chose to book our standard/basic room rather than one of our lakeview rooms with a balcony overlooking the Muskoka River. All guests are able to enjoy the majestic view from the balcony of the newly renovated lounge of the Inn where we offer a complimentary continental breakfast that was just launched in its preliminary stage a few days ago. We hope you were able to find something you might like between the coffee, tea, juice, milk, fruit, granola bars, yogurt, and three cereal options. We are excited to be offering bread starting next week. We appreciate any feedback as we determine what other items our guests might enjoy. While there have been extensive renovations completed since February 2020, it is an ongoing process and not all the rooms have wall decor yet. We were hoping that by turning on the air conditioner and leaving a light on in your room, you would feel more welcomed. Hi Scot, we are sorry that your stay in one of our standard/basic rooms did not meet your expectations. We do let our guests know that our tvs are set up with Netflix and not cable on our website, upon check in as well as in the information binder located in each room. That being said, our tvs are able to get some live channels as well so while we are not 100% sure you could have watched the hockey, there was a chance. We are glad that you were at least able to see the game at one of our local bars within waking distance to the Inn.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. The owners purchased the Inn in February of 2020 and have been renovating every since. All rooms were initially renovated and we now we are working through further upgrades to the rooms. I'm sure you can appreciate renovations are an ongoing process.We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our on-site Italian restaurant as well. Yes, our boutique Inn was originally a victorian home built in 1876, which, along with lots of warmth and charm, does bring challenges as well. We don't receive a lot of complaints though so perhaps you had particularly noisy neighbours that day. Thank you for choosing Inn at the Falls.

Thank you for your feedback. I can't speak for the Italian restaurant, however, I do know they have a good selection of dinner options. I'm sorry, you found it limiting. As for our complimentary continental breakfast, I'm sorry you weren't able to find anything among our offerings of cereals, granola bars, fruit, bagels, croissants, muffins or pastries, yogurts, milk, cream, almond milk, juice, tea and coffee.
