Conveniently located on Lake Muskoka offering easy access to Bracebridge! Spend the day strolling the many historic streets or hiking around the scenic waterfalls. This vibrant community is home to traditional arts and craft festivals, lively micro-brewery sessions, and family friendly parks and sandy beaches. Enjoy watersports, fishing and boating the "Big 3" from this fantastic location only 2 hours from the GTA!

LIVING THE DREAM - This property is quite private with a waterfront of 312 ft of frontage. Boasts large lounge area on front deck. Deck with Muskoka chairs facing the lake. Dock with Muskoka chairs. Deck with lounge-furniture. Boathouse with 3 boat slips, 2 in boathouse, one outside (covered boat-port). Featuring a lovely sun deck from the upper boathouse with lounge furniture. Small picturesque bridge connects the main cottage and boathouse.

This kitchen has 2 islands, stainless appliances, double-stove with 6 burner gas-range with additional (Wolf) and a walkout to the deck.

Open to the kitchen and Great Room this dining room hosts a grand dining table for 12 and walkout to deck.   
GREAT ROOM  
This Great Room is a fantastic spot to relax with it's 2 sided decorative fireplace. There is a large area with sitting for 8, and a smaller intimate sitting area for two on the other side of the double sided decorative fireplace. In addition, there is a reception room off the front door that includes a baby grand piano. All of these areas have walk out access to a deck that runs the length of the front of the cottage.

Rec Room with sofa, TV, and walkout to large area that is a Muskoka room with automated screens.

Open concept living area with king size bed,, bar and sink. Small Powder room with a glorious copper tub on the front private deck. There is also a large main deck, that offers seating for 10+ and beautiful views of Lake Muskoka.
