Peaks View Suite-Modern apartment in central Bozeman

Spacious, 1 BED/1 BATH apartment suite in quaint central Bozeman neighborhood. Located 20 miles to nearest ski resort, Bridger Bowl. Within walking distance to local coffee & brewery, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. Walk-out deck overlooks park and has great views of Mount Blackmore and the Spanish Peaks. Perfect for corporate housing or longer term vacation rental. Complete with all the amenities for a relaxing getaway or a productive work environment. One-car garage included with additional street parking.

The space:
Apartment completed in 2017 with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Queen size bed in bedroom with additional queen size pull-out bed located in living room. Full-sized front load washer and dryer are located in large walk-in closet attached to bedroom.

Guest access:
Apartment is located above detached garage with an independent entrance adjacent to driveway parking. Lockbox allows for flexible and secure entry into property.

Interaction with guests:
We live on the property in a detached house, and would be available if needed.

The neighborhood:
Quiet, residential neighborhood with numerous parks and trails. Centrally located between Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport and downtown Bozeman.

Getting around:
Streamline bus service, Bozeman's public transportation, is within walking distance. Greater Valley Taxi service and Uber are also available in the area.

Other things to note:
We have three dogs, an older black lab named Jackson, a high-spirited Jack Russell, Rat Terrier mix named Riggsley, and a young black lab puppy named Ebony. As they are all very friendly, don't be alarmed if they come say hello. :)

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful apartment with great Mountain View’s and across from a community park. The stay was just perfect. Host is very professional, kind and helpful. Definitely will plan to stay again on our next visit to Bozeman.

Super clean, friendly, great for WFH

Great stay! Very clean spot & very responsive hosts. I wish the couch were just a bit more comfortable but that’s the only improvement. Kitchen excellent for cooking, beautiful appliances, fast wifi, nice tv, great shower, great balcony and views. Would definitely stay here for working remote and skiing / climbing again.

Beautiful Bozeman Retreat

The rental property was exactly as described and even more. If you enjoy cooking there was a whole spice rack and the views of the mountains were amazing! The owners were even kind enough to share some of their fresh produce from their yard with us! It truly was a fantastic place to stay and I would love to stay there again if I am ever in Bozeman.

Terrific Place to Stay in Bozeman.

This studio apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for the two of us. The garage was a nice bonus, as was the storage space. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Great Space!

This is a really cool--think sophisticated--space. Very modern. Very clean. AND in a great/safe neighborhood. We loved it~~~ The windows offer surround views of the mountains; And the outside 2nd floor deck was great for catching a few rays and reading while overlooking a lovely park. The owners are both friendly and accommodating. Really a top notch experience! We'd certainly stay here again~~~Thanks!

Perfect place for a Bozeman weekend.

This place was exactly what we wanted in all ways. The Mountain View’s all around Bozeman were beautiful out every window. The apartment is well decorated, clean and comfortable, the kitchen has all the necessities for a delicious meal. It’s quiet, in a nice neighborhood, the park out front is fun to watch people with their dogs playing. The garage is a fantastic added plus. We had a great weekend and would love to stay here again.

Fantastic Apartment

What a fantastic apartment. It is immaculate and is furnished to the highest standard. We really especially appreciated the fully supplied kitchen as we tend to cook in. It is very convenient for the skiing at Bridger Bowl and Big Sky. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful Vacation Home for our six week stay in Bozeman, MT

We had a wonderful stay in this new, modern vacation home in Bozeman. It worked out perfectly for us and was very comfortable and convenient. We appreciated all of the paper goods, cleaning supplies and even the coffee that the owners generously supplied us with during our stay. They even gave us access to Hulu and Netflix! We especially enjoyed the beautiful Mountain View’s and the big green space in the park across the street. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Bozeman.

Very nice modern apartment. Well maintained, great location, awesome view of surrounding mountains.

We have stayed in several vacation rentals in the Bozeman area. This one is very nice. Great floor plan, plenty of room, and all the conveniences one needs. The deck/patio is a great place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. We were in Bozeman during a time when the daytime highs in the valley were 80-90's the apartment got a little toasty during the day. Took a long time to cool it off at night.

Very Nice and New Appartment

Very clean comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed our week long stay. Convenient location to enjoy Bozeman and surroundings. Great appliances for a home away from home with lots of storage space for our mountain bikes and gear. Owners are very accommodating. Quite neighborhood with nice park across the street and great trails nearby.

Amazing home!

This is such an amazing property. Wish we were in town longer so we could enjoy the apartment even more. They did an amazing job with the design and decor. It is obvious that they take great pride in their home. It was clean, had everything you could possibly need!! Can't wait to visit Bozeman again and enjoy another great stay!
