Location was residential and safe. Something to be aware of if staying during the summer months, this home does not have air conditioning (the details do not say it has AC so we were aware before visiting). They do provide fans for bedrooms and living room. While we were there in first week of June the Nest thermostat got up to 76 by the evening, with outside temps at 65\. We did not open windows because they do not have screens in them and did not want to let in bugs. Some locks on the bedroom windows did not latch due to age of windows. When we visited the lawn and weeds we’re not maintained, we notified management company and they said property owners like a native grass look so if spending time outdoors is important to you this may be something to take into consideration.
