It was close to campus and downtown shops/restaurants. Fun neighborhood with lots of amenities nearby. Upstairs neighbors were noisy, but that can happen anywhere (earplugs helped at night). Close to good coffee shops, bagel store, ice cream parlors, Mexican food trucks, supermarkets and divey but welcoming bars. Very pleasant view from the balcony across Main Street, especially at sundown. Communication with owners was easy, as was access to the building and the unit. Dedicated parking spot included. Apartment was very basic, i woud struggle to think what you could take out to make it any more basic. We understood the TV didn't have standard TV stations, however it was locked and wouldn't allow us to do anything,, kind of disappointing as sometimes it nice to have a little background noise with your morning coffee. You have to take it for what it was, literally a bed for 3 nights, nothing more or nothing less. I should mention one of the bed legs was off when we arrived and under the bed hadn't been cleaned (crisps amongst other things) .
