Step inside to an airy open-concept layout ideal for families or small groups. The living room features a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a Smart TV, and oversized windows that fill the space with natural light. Whether you're streaming a movie or catching up after a day at the beach, this is the perfect place to unwind.  
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, essential cookware, and a center island with high-top seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening prep while staying connected with your group. The adjacent dining area seats six and opens via French doors to a stylish covered porch, perfect for indoor-outdoor meals.  
Each of the three bedrooms offers a king-size bed, hotel-quality linens, Smart TV, and French doors leading to the back patio, offering both comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom includes a spacious en-suite with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom also includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower. (Please note: there is no bathtub in the home.)  
Outdoors, enjoy the home’s xeriscape-inspired backyard, designed for low-maintenance, South Florida-style living. The fully fenced outdoor space features a covered lounge and dining area, a heated pool, and reclining lounge chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot and a toaster. Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.  
  
PARKING: Free parking in the circular driveway as well as ample street parking.  
There is no garage access.  
  
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking  
  
DISCLAIMER: NO events or gatherings, including bachelorette/ bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers, or birthdays.  
Pool heating fee is $50/day with a 3-day minimum.  
Dogs under 30LBS are welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.
