Unit smells smoky. Toilet clogs easily. Exterior work and balcony inaccessibility was not disclosed in the listing. Assigned parking space not convenient to unit. The balcony door was nailed shut with a 2x4 to prohibit opening. Noise and concrete dust notwithstanding. Otherwise, the unit is comfortable, clean and pleasant. The key lockbox in the reception cabinet really needs immediate attention; I had the correct code but the locking mechanism is very difficult. ##### Richard F.
