The Space: Inside: Upon walking in, you'll immediately be taken back by our professionally designed 3/2 South Florida charmer. With ample seating in our living room and views of the pool, you'll truly embrace relaxing at home while being reminded you're on vacation. Our fully stocked kitchen provides all that you'll need to cook home cooked meals. The Master Suite includes a King Bed, TV & Ensuite Bathroom. Guest room 1 has a Queen and Guest room 2 comes stocked with a desk and (Twin + Full) Bunk Bed. Outside: Our large screened-in pool is perfect for those who love the tropics! Truly enjoy the ample outdoor seating while not being worried about insects and bugs interrupting your fun in the sun. Staying in? Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $200\. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats. The laundry room is in the carport (not inside the home).
