Casa Costa is a secure building, featuring 24 hour front desk staff, internal parking garage space with every unit, and a courteous valet staff. Casa Costa is a premier water view destination in Palm Beach County. Costa Costa is a pet-friendly community, but along with that comes specific responsibilities that pertain to those Residents who are pet owners. For example, management has received several complaints recently about Residents not walking their dogs securely, under control on a leash (6 foot maximum) in the common areas of the building. Adhering to this is very important for the safety of Residents and pets alike. Please see below a refresher of the Rules and Regulations section 2.10 regarding pets: a) Pet Ownership ii. All Residents, including those in transient units as well as renters, must register all pets with the management office. v.
